Exchanges and returns
To return an item, please first complete our return form and contact our customer service team at support@decoluxe.co.uk or through our contact page. Unless our support team confirms otherwise, returns should be sent to our fulfilment and returns processing address:

Returned items must be in their original condition, including packaging and labels, and most new, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. You can find more about our refund & return policy on this page.
Order and delivery
The average delivery time of our products is 8-15 days. Our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier. With this unique business model, we save a lot on storage and transport costs and can offer the products at a lower price than our competitors.
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order may be delayed in the delivery process.

Have you not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date? If so, please contact us.
As we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately. If products are missing, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.
