At Decoluxe, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the conditions set out below.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
All returned items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging, accessories and labels.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first, as this helps us ensure your return is handled correctly and without delay.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or perishable products
- Digital downloads and licence codes
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not caused by us
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item. There is no restocking fee.
We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Specific return procedures for different circumstances
- Exchanges: Please contact our customer service team for assistance with exchanging an item.
- Change of mind: You may return unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please follow the standard return procedure above.
- Faulty items: If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
- Damaged goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with relevant details and, where possible, photos of the damage.
- Wrong product received: If you received the wrong product, please complete the return form and contact customer service so we can correct the issue.
- Product not arrived: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting customer service. If the order has already been shipped, it must be returned in accordance with the standard return procedure.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original delivery charge and return shipping costs will not be refunded unless required by applicable law or unless the return is due to our error.
